Established in 1987, GCS Restoration (originally Green Construction Services) began as a small, family-run business, specializing in insurance restoration.
As a full-service general contractor with over 35 years in the construction industry, our mission remains the same- to offer peace of mind and a sense of relief to our clients as we walk with them through the insurance restoration process.
From its inception, GCS Restoration has been a company committed to professionalism and exceptional customer service. As a testament to the quality relationships formed with clients over the last 30 years, GCS regularly receives referrals from friends and family of satisfied clients who are excited to tell others about their wonderful experience with our team. It is also common for clients to use GCS for multiple projects over the years because they know they have found a trusted partner.
In the 2010s, the GCS Restoration leadership team expanded to include Mike Green, Nate Purcell, and Dan Green. Mike and Nate are each Certified Building Contractors, licensed by the State of Florida. Dan brings a wealth of financial knowledge to the team as a managing partner in a land acquisition and real estate development firm. This new infusion of experience and talent has brought unprecedented growth to GCS Restoration.
